1. Service and users
WatchLink (watchlink.pro) is provided by [NOMBRE Y APELLIDOS] ([NIF]). It is a software service for professional watch dealers: a public page with links and stock, private stock and profit management, and a private dealer-to-dealer Sourcing area. It is intended for professionals, not consumers.
2. Account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for all activity in your account. One account per shop; accounts cannot be shared between businesses.
3. Free trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial, which requires a card. Only one trial per person: we check the normalised email address and the card fingerprint. If either was used before, the subscription starts without a trial.
4. Price and billing
The single plan costs €15/month + VAT. All dealers share a common billing cycle: the calendar month, charged on the 30th of each month (last day of February) for the following month. The first charge after the trial is pro-rated for the remaining days of the current month. Payments are processed by Stripe; WatchLink issues a VAT invoice for every charge.
5. Referral programme
Each dealer gets €1 off the monthly fee per active referral, up to €10. The fee never drops below €5 + VAT. A referral is active once it has finished the trial, paid its first charge, is up to date with payments and is not read-only or deleted. Single level only. Self-referrals are not allowed. WatchLink may change or close the programme with notice.
6. Cancellation and deletion
You can cancel from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no refunds. From that date the account is read-only for 7 days, during which you can resume or export your data. After 7 days the account, data, photos and page are permanently deleted. During the trial you can delete the account immediately.
7. Non-payment
If a payment fails, the public page is deactivated until the debt is paid. If the debt is not settled within one month of the first failed charge, the account is permanently deleted.
8. Dealer content and responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you publish (texts, photos, prices, descriptions) and for the watches you sell. You must hold the rights to the photos you upload. Do not include personal data of third parties in free-text fields.
9. Sourcing
Access to Sourcing requires manual verification (Instagram review). WatchLink does not intermediate, does not take part in transactions and does not guarantee the authenticity, condition or legality of any piece. Listings can be reported; WatchLink may remove listings and suspend accounts.
10. Prohibited conduct
Selling replicas or counterfeit goods, fraud, misleading information, scraping or automated extraction of data, and any use contrary to law.
11. Licence
You grant WatchLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display your content solely to provide the service, including your public page and the Sourcing area.
12. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, WatchLink is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or transactions between dealers and buyers, and total liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months.
13. Changes and closure
Material changes to these terms are notified by email and require new acceptance. WatchLink may modify or close the service with 30 to 60 days’ notice, during which you can export your data.
14. Law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. Courts of the owner’s domicile, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
