Data we process
Account email and name; billing data handled by Stripe (name or company name, address, tax ID; we do not store card numbers); profile content and photos; IP addresses in server logs. WatchLink does not store data about dealers’ customers or suppliers: contact happens outside the platform through pre-filled links.
Purposes and legal bases
Providing the service (contract). Invoicing and tax obligations (legal obligation). Preventing trial abuse by keeping a keyed hash of the normalised email and the card fingerprint, even after the account is deleted (legitimate interest). Security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).
Recipients and processors
Supabase (database and authentication, EU), Cloudflare (images, CDN, anti-spam, EU), Vercel or equivalent (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Google (sign-in with Google, if you use it).
International transfers
Some processors may transfer data outside the EEA. In those cases we rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
Retention
Account data while the account exists and up to 7 days after final cancellation. Invoices for the period required by tax law. The trial-prevention hash indefinitely, without any other personal data.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing soporte@watchlink.pro. From Settings you can export your data and delete your account. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
Cookies
We only use technical cookies required for the session in the panel (app.watchlink.pro) and a language preference. Analytics are cookie-less. Therefore no consent banner is shown. Public pages receive no session cookies.
